With over a decade of experience in healthcare, I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized care. My transition from a ten-year career as a Registered Nurse to a mental health practitioner was driven by a passion for empowering patients through evidence-based practice and comprehensive education. I specialize in diagnosing and managing a wide range of conditions, with a primary focus on mood disorders, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. My practice is rooted in evidence-based medicine and a firm belief that patient education is the key to empowerment; I work closely with my patients to ensure they understand their treatment options and feel confident in their path to recovery. Outside of clinical practice, I’m often exploring the world. I’m an avid traveler who loves immersing myself in new cultures and discovering the world’s best flavors through diverse cuisines, which bring balance and inspiration to both personal and professional life.
