For over a decade, I've had the privilege of serving as an ANCC board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, providing compassionate mental health care across the lifespan. My journey has taken me through diverse communities in North Carolina, California, Washington, Oklahoma, and Texas, each enriching my perspective and deepening my commitment to holistic healing. I believe that empathy and compassion are foundational to effective mental health care. By integrating these values with evidence-based psychopharmacology and therapy, I strive to create safe, supportive environments where individuals feel empowered to embark on their healing journeys. My educational background includes a Master of Science in Nursing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (2012), a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2008), and a Bachelor of Science in Biology (2006) from Hendrix College. Outside of my professional life, I find joy in staying active and nurturing my love for reading. Running several days a week keeps me energized, and participating in a book club allows me to connect with others over shared stories. Life at home is wonderfully full with my three amazing children and our two beloved dogs.

Luisa Collins is truly one of a kind and has been incredibly impactful on my mental health journey. She goes above and beyond to ensure that I have effective medication with minimal to no side effects. I am so grateful to have been led to her and feel privileged to be under her care for so long.
