About Dr. Joel A. Holiner

Board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology, as well as board certified in Addiction Psychiatry, Dr. Joel Holiner has actively served as a leader in the Dallas-Ft. Worth psychiatric community for more than three decades. He specializes in chemical dependency, psychopharmacology, women’s issues, and depressive/anxiety disorders. Dr. Holiner also currently serves as Executive Medical Director of Green Oaks Hospital and Chief of Psychiatry at Medical City Dallas Hospital, in addition to his role as Medical Director of The Holiner Psychiatric Group.
