Letter From A Happy Patient in December

Good Morning. I learned yesterday that a mistake was made in calling in a prescription for me. When I learned about the mistake (at 4:15 p.m.), I called this office and spoke with Rose. She manage my call very compassionately and professionally.

Because of changes being made to my insurance January 1, 2016, it was mandatory that I get a hard copy of the prescription to mail into the insurance company today. I want to acknowledge Misty’s flexibility and provision of excellent customer service.

I have received services from this office for many years and drive all the way from Irving to come here. I’m hoping you will acknowledge Rose’s excellence in handling a call from a very anxious patient and Misty for putting customer needs first. Please notify Dr. Holiner of their great service too. They deserve a raise! LOL.
