Rinda Jordan is a Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who specializes in adult, child and adolescent psychiatry. She works in collaboration with the physician in diagnostic evaluation and medication management. She received her Masters in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. Ms. Jordan has experience providing care for patients in outpatient, community health, and inpatient treatment facilities. Prior to returning to school for her masters, she cared for patients in emergency room and urgent care settings and has worked with children at school and summer camps. She received her Bachelors of Nursing from Texas Woman’s University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Ms. Jordan is board certified as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and is nationally certified as a Family Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Ms. Jordan is currently a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society and the American Psychiatric Nurses Association. In her free time, Ms. Jordan enjoys traveling, hiking and reading a good book. Rinda joined the Holiner Psychiatric Group in 2012.
